Nick is flat out brilliant. If you haven’t seen his annual reports be sure to take a look (click link, then click pic to flip thru). I’m looking forward to seeing what the 2009 report looks like.

– Hmm.. in this scenario, I think that “NewYorkWare” and “this idea is too early” are kind of the same thing. Dodgeball was way too early… not just in the “we all didn’t have smartphones” type of way, but it was pre-Twitter - before Twitter and Faceook...

1) always ask people if it’s ok before introducing them to each other (double opt in)

3) never, ever use bcc. for one thing it’s rude. for another, you can get caught with reply all. instead, forward after sending.
